How instant is an instant loan?

When we say instant, we mean it! Our online application process takes a few minutes, and you won’t have to whip out a magnifying glass to decipher any small print. We run a lightning fast credit check on every application, which takes a matter of seconds.

We usually make an instant decision on applications, but if your application isn’t instantly approved then we will contact you, and in rare cases you may need to fax us some additional information.

If you're approved for an iDosh loan, we can transfer the money into your bank account that same day – a £5.50 transmission fee for faster payment is deducted automatically from your loan amount. †

So, if you apply for a £100 loan and ask for same day payment, we’ll deduct the fee and pay £94.50 into your bank account.

How much can I borrow?

iDosh loans are meant to be a quick fix for unexpected costs, or a helping hand when your money won't last until the end of the month. So, the first time you borrow from us, you can apply for anywhere between £100 and £400 – enough to get you through a temporary rough patch.

If you pay back your loan on time, you may eventually be able to borrow up to £1,000 if you come back to us for another loan. However, we can never guarantee approval – each application is assessed individually, no matter how many times you’ve borrowed with us before, and depends on your credit rating and circumstances at that time. Remember that iDosh isn’t a long-term solution for ongoing financial problems.
